Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is the cheapest delivery option. Delivery will be made in 2-4 working days. The sales team will be able to confirm an accurate delivery date within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Next Working Day Services
Next working day delivery is available on all stock items if ordered before 12pm. Next working day delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands). For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands (postcodes over ‘AB25’) a 2-3 working day delivery service may apply, ask for more details on specific postcodes.
Premium Next Working Day Services (Timed-Deliveries)
The premium next working day delivery packages include pre-9.30am and pre-12pm services. Please contact our sales team for your individual quotation.
Same-Day Delivery
A same-day delivery service is also available based on specific quotation. Please contact a member of the sales team as these are calculated individually.
Collection
Most items can be collected from our Wolverhampton office by prior arrangement with the sales team. This is normally free, but sufficient time has to be provided for the team to pick and pack the order.
Despatching Orders
While the objective is to despatch orders for stock items same day, during busy periods orders may be despatched the following day.
Tracking your package
Orders can be tracked and Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA) as well as Proof of Delivery (POD) can be provided, by contacting the sales team and providing an order or consignment reference.
Handling Charges
Handling charges may be applied when goods are returned, subject to the circumstances. For example, on stock items returned which have been incorrectly ordered a minimum 25% Handling Charge plus transport costs will be incurred. The return of items must be agreed with the Company prior to any return. Items that have been opened or not in the original packaging cannot be accepted back.
Out of Stock Items
The Company will provide an individual delivery quotation and lead-time for out-of-stock, non-stock and bespoke items.
