Returns Policy

At Ceiling Supply Company Ltd, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary, and have established the following Return Policy to guide you through the process.

Returns Eligibility

Damaged and Incorrect Products: If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the delivery note as ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. Please notify our Customer Support team immediately and we will work swiftly to rectify the situation and arrange replacements.

Products you no longer require: You have a right to change your mind 7 working days after you receive the goods and receive a refund. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must email us giving details of the products to be returned. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. All returned items must be in the original packaging and sent to us within seven working days from receipt. Returned goods must be still sealed, unopened and in perfect condition. Goods that do not comply with this may not be returned. You agree to pay a restocking fee to us for the returned goods.

Consumables and Accessories: Consumables and accessories such as adhesives, tapes, or installation tools are non-returnable due to their nature. We recommend verifying the compatibility and suitability of such items before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Products: Bespoke or Special Order Products are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or faulty.

Sale or Return: We do not supply goods on Sale or Return under any circumstance.

Return Process

Authorisation: To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team and include your order number, products to be returned, and the reason for the return.

Return Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. They should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Any returned products that are damaged or not in a resalable condition may be subject to additional charges or may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with the return shipment unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product(s).

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund using the original payment method used for the purchase.
