Delivery & Returns FAQ

How can I pay for my order?

All major credit and debit cards including American Express are accepted. We also offer credit facilities for approved accounts, please call to discuss.

When will my order be delivered?

Delivery timescales are provided on each of our product pages, however these are a guide and subject to local stock and delivery location. We will always aim to improve on estimated delivery times where possible. Express deliveries can also be arranged if required.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered by ParcelForce, DX Delivery, or one of our own Ceiling Supply branded vehicles. The majority of our range is despatched from our office in Wolverhampton. On some occasions to expedite you order we may despatch your product direct to you from a third party supplier who may use the services of a different courier. This also means that your total order may arrives across number of packages of number of deliveries.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Your parcel will be shipped  on a signed for service and will require a signature.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, however small. Whether you’re after just one box or 70 boxes of ceiling tiles, we can supply.

Can I collect my order?

Collections can be made from our office in Wolverhampton WV4 where we keep stock of core products. Nationally we can arrange next, or even same-day deliveries if you are in a hurry. Please call us to discuss.

How can I cancel or modify my order?

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please check your parcels carefully upon receipt. If the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect the contents may be damaged, mark the delivery note ‘Damaged’ and reject the goods. We understand that sometimes you may not find damage until you open the goods, especially if the outer packaging appears to be in good order. In either case, please notify us immediately, and we can discuss the best method to resolve the issue.

Can I return a product?

Yes, so long as the goods are unopened and in resealable condition. Please note, restock and collection charges may apply, for more information see our returns policy.
