Zentia Mezzguard provides market leading fire protection for mezzanine floors. Engineered for mezzanine floors and tested at 100% design load, it provides 60 minutes of fire resistance.

With a finely sanded surface texture and a high-density baseboard, it provides well-balanced acoustical performance and high light reflectance to absorb sound and brighten interiors.

With 95% relative humidity resistance, it reduces mould and mildew growth on the ceiling surface and helps to maintain indoor air quality.

Sound Absorption - To remove sound and echoes from a room such as a busy shop or office - Good (0.60 Alpha W)

Light Reflectance - To spread light across the ceiling to make a brighter environment and maximise natural daylight - Good (84%)

Relative humidity - To stop sagging of the tile in humid areas such as bathrooms and kitchens - Excellent (95%)
